C-DU-51-JR* is a “core group”, which means that it is still in the forming stages and not yet a full chapter. During the coming weeks, the weekly meetings will consist of an introductory primer to BNI, bringing visitors to the meetings, and accepting applications for open seats.

Anyone may apply to join. If your seat (role) has been filled, but you feel that there is a variation of that seat for you, submit your application and the membership committee will make a decision whether to accept you for a different seat. There is a New Member Application link above. Fill it out and bring it with you to the meeting or you can email it to the chapter secretary/treasurer listed on the form.

Everyone is welcome to visit, even if that seat has been filled. When you are visiting, please bring someone with you who may benefit from this group. Day, time, and location information is at the top of the page Here are a few specifics:

  • Arrive between 9:00 and 9:10 a.m. to register and network – the meeting starts at 9:15
  • Bring lots of business cards – there may be 20-30 people in attendance and your cards will be passed around the room for everyone to take.
  • Bring a 60-second business presentation for the group – be sure to mention who invited you.
  • There will be 1 pass around the room for giving business presentations – everyone will have a chance to speak.
  • NOTE: the restaurant will be offering coffee and soft drinks to purchase.

You can download an application above. Once completed, bring it to the next meeting (or you can email it to the secretary / treasurer listed on the application). Full payment is due when the application is submitted. If you intend to pay by credit card, indicate so, but DO NOT write your credit card information on the form – the office will call you for that info.

Applications will be reviewed in the order the are received. Each candidate will be interviewed by the membership team and a decision will be made. Once an applicant has been accepted, the payment will be processed and that seat will be considered filled.
